Emanuel explained very clearly what I should do to make the appt. easier on all; vacuum before technician comes, make sure large furniture pieces are moved. . " When CJ arrived, I was ready for him. CJ has been to my property before and I was glad he returned. I explained to CJ that I had just had some serious renovations done to hour kitchen and he might have to go over certain parts of the carpet twice to get rid of stains. He did so, and the carpet is now clean as ever. He was friendly, helpful and professional. When I call ZEROREZ again, I shall ask for CJ. Name removed, Marietta, GA.

Derickio was great. Did a great job cleaning the carpets but he also has the best costumer service I have received from Zerorez , and I have use them several time.
