I was first very impressed by my technician, Aquarius. He was courteous, professional, did exactly as I asked at the walk thru and overall my carpets looked and smelled great. First time I have used your service and was very pleased. I will be calling tomorrow to have the remainder of my carpets cleaned.
Incredibly fast, professional and customer oriented service. They came out on a Sunday, in the rain and did a fantastic job. Communications with your staff were very good prior to your technician coming and he arrived on time and did a very good job. The rugs look cleaner and did not have so much residual water as experienced with other carpet cleaners in the past. Also, your technician was courteous and conducted himself in a professional manner. He stayed busy the whole time he was here. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Although I’ve been pleased with Zerorez in the past, this visit I was particularly impressed with the high level of detail and customer service. The Zerorez Representative called with an approximate arrival and showed up on time, in fact a few minutes early. He gave us a quick overview of what was to happen, asked if we had any questions and then went right to work. He was quick and diligent with his duties, and on completion, gave us more information without our even having to ask. It was a great experience overall and we will recommend your services to others in the near future.

Miles was on time, a few minutes early, very pleasant and professional. Explained what he was going to do and showed me the results as he finished the rooms.
