Reggie, the associate who cleaned my rugs did an amazing job. I was embarrassed at the stains on my carpet. He was kind and assured me he could get them out, and he did. His professionalism is above anything I've dealt with lately.

I received a call from the dispatcher near the end of my scheduled window to inform me that the van was broken. Josh worked late to swap out the van for a functional one and worked quickly to do an excellent job.
