Our technician was very Kind and knowledgeable. My complaints about the company—the fact that the van the tech was driving dripped oil on our driveway (just pressure washed), and the cleaning agent tablets were dropped (and left) all over the driveway as well. The technician needed to borrow tools to replace a filter in his equipment—why wasn’t the van supplied with that?

I think for now it is okay, but i wander how long before it begins to show the dirtyness in the carpet. It really does not show the difference from when other cleaners out there does. I have not seen a significant difference like its being bragged about on the radio stations or the news.

I am so impressed by how Zerorez was able to clean the ceramic tile in my home. Our kitchen and family room have the tile and it now looks brand new. The technician, Dan, was so good.
He was knowledgeable and polite. Respectful of my home. He did a great job.

Tre was knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Both gentlemen did not leave residue on my furniture that could not be moved (this has happened in the past a couple times).

Tre also sold me on treating a pet stain in the pad of my carpet ~ he explained the process to me and convinced me that he could be sure of removing it all, never to return. I took him up on it and time will tell! He's a good salesman!
