I have used this service several times in the past; VERY satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of it's employees. Prior to starting the employee explained all aspects of services provided. Following completion I was asked to inspect the service and if any concerns were imminent. The employee (Brian) was very professional and knowledgeable. I really liked that the technician was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the me the carpet cleaning process, how long it will take, what to do and not do during carpet drying time and got my approval before and after the cleaning. He showed me areas of concern in my carpet and gave me options for treating them. In addition, he did a very excellent job in cleaning the carpet.
