Tyrone was an excellent Technician. He educated me on how to take care of my carpet after cleaning and provided me with instructions on the products that Zerorez used to clean the carpet and extend its life after cleaning. Once the carpet finally dried, I could actually see the difference from before and after. It didn't feel chemically sticky just clean. Something I really appreciate is the history of Zerorez's owners start because not all Apartment carpet cleaners have this knowledge and that they were previous Apartment owners understand how important Fresh carpet is to a resident and they nailed it!!! Thank you Tyrone and Zerorez for an exceptional carpet cleaning experience and that awesome complimentary cleaning spray. I will definitely be reusing your service in the future.

The individual that scheduled it as well as serviced me were exceptional. I was hesitant to try Zerorez again after my first encounter. However if my service going forward is anything like what I received this week I am a customer for life. The individual who cleaned my carpet was very knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in his work.
