Unable to give a detailed rating. Area Rug is still at Zerorez for cleaning. However, received a call today to say they are a week behind. Rug will be delivered week of July 13, 2020.

The rep was on time. He did a good job but I think he could have cleaned around the baseboards better. The process was quick , he was done in about 45 minutes. I will be using you all again
On time, efficient, explained the process to us in detail, thorough cleaning of our air duct system with before and after pictures. Wore masks and shoe covers, cleaned up well before they left.

We are a small non-profit that serve children. The team did an awesome job in the main building and in the modular. I have used Zerorez in my home and would recommend them to my friends and family.
I like the fact that my carpets along with my sofa and love seat looks great! It's clean, fresh and looks almost new. The price is great. The technician is always very professional and polite.

2 workers arrived on time- had masks, footies gloves - did an excellent job - very courteous- went out of their way to do the work-both sets of workers went over and above to do the work - the 2 that cleaned our furnace and vents also cleaned our 2 fans in our bathrms-the crew that cleaned our rugs did a small area in our walkin closet also and determined a large spot on one of the bedrms carpet was cat urine and treated that heavily- also offered extra coating but we don't have much traffic so refused that- Zerorez cleaned our carpets a year ago and they still looked pretty good- mucho thanks for a job well done for both crews!
