Our service technician was very polite and took his time and made sure the job was done right. He was very informative as to what the condition of our equipment was in and also pointed out some other issues with our duct work that we were unaware of. My technician, Byron was timely, courteous and professional.He did a great job. When I decide to have the remainder of my home, I want Byron .
The technician who cleaned our home was courteous and forthright. And the actual service (we had our carpets cleaned) was done well. The home smells and feels much cleaner.
The only critique I have is that it was very hard to estimate my room count and therefore it ended up being more expensive than what we had budgeted for. I tried to call and speak with a person on the phone (when I was booking the appointment) in order to better figure out pricing but we were disconnected. When I called back, I left a message that was never returned. I ended up booking online and trying to estimate it myself—which was difficult since our basement is one giant room. I was disappointed that ended up being $200 more than planned.
My carpet is not in great shape, but he got it very clean looking. Also, he did a good job at the traffic areas. There are a couple nasty areas, but he seemed to be able to get them pretty well cleaned.

vance was fantastic, very detailed oriented and friendly, completed the work in a timely manner and was very well done. Absolutely loved working with him. i will however say, he should wear a mask during this time and not get so close to the clients as it can be rather dangerous health-wise.
