The technician arrived when promised. My carpet is old but the technician made it look almost new again. My carpet had a lot of spots on it especially my steps. The technician did a great job of cleaning everything. The floor dried within six hours just as the technician said. The steps took a bit longer because more water was used in order to remove all of the stains. Over all I am very pleased with the results.
I’m pleased with the results that I’m getting from having my air ducts clean I can tell the difference. The two tech that came out were very professional and knowledgeable about the products and the job they were doing that day . I would recommend your company to family and friends.
The tech was very nice. Was expecting a call telling me he was about 30 minutes away your email said I would receive, and didn’t receive it. I was planning on that call. I didn’t receive an email receipt, and was very particular about receiving one, only received an email with 10 checkmarks next to 10 points that the tech was supposed to do or inform me of while at my home, which he didn’t do all of them. My carpet is still damp after 30 hours in my living room, which is inconvenient. Satisfied with my clean carpets, upset that carpet is still damp. Waiting on my receipt.
