There was a situation with my rugs so my husband and I were in the area of the Norcross office and decided to stop by the place of business. I was somewhat upset when I arrived but after the awesome office staff greeted us, from the gentleman that assisted us when we arrived to Patrick...to Tilon and Sarah who made us feel so welcome and the attention given us before, during and after our visit was impeccable. All of the staff was so friendly and courteous; Zerorez is still #1 with me. My problem was immediately addressed and resolved. The staff there is second to none and will continue to get our business!

Exceeded my expectations. The technician, Steve, understood exactly what we needed, and he was amazing, thorough , and friendly. My carpet never looked so good and the carpet is 13 years old. I have had it cleaned many times and the others could not get the dark spots out but Zerorez(Steve) did!
