Our Service Technician Mr.David was super and was very professional and informative about the company and what’s the process would be. We decided to do some additional services that he helped us realize would be beneficial to a cleaner and healthier environment. He spoke highly of the company and it showed through his excitement in performing a tough job. We are thankful he was courteous and efficient and pleasant to talk to. Employees like Mr.David are hard to come by and harder to keep. We will use Zerorez again based on his top notch representation of your brand name.

The guy who cleaned did a great job, but I fell your company does a bait and switch you advertise in your price pet clean and carpet cleaner service but actually the pet service is 90 a room and we were warned your service may make it stink worse, unless you pay 270 dollars extra. Kinda crazy to think about will shop around next time.
