We had your service guys come out this past Friday, to "fix" the carpet after a prior cleaning a week or so ago. There were streaks left on the carpet.
Brandon and Dante were polite, punctual, and very nice to talk to. They also seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing and did a good job.
