did excellent job cleaning my carpet and rug. the delivery guys who returned the rug were diligent in getting it back in place correctly.

I was pleased with couple aspects of the service provided. The technician showed up during the scheduled time. The service took much less time than anticipated. I was expecting the service to take at least a couple of hours but he was complete within 20 minutes. The carpet was cleaned and there were a couple of stains that I was concerned that I thought would not come out. All of the stains were removed with no problem. The carpet dried quicker than expected. The only problem I had with the service was that the floor transition strip to the bathroom in the main bedroom was dislodged. I had to take a hammer and drive the nail in to resecure it.

Tobias was very knowledgeable regarding the care and maintenance of our carpet. I will use Zerorez again in April 2026 which is the next recommended 3 to 6 months scheduled cleaning.
