Damon W. did a wonderful job. He was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. I had a room that was very soiled and he made my carpet look almost new. Damon also recommended some fiber protection and demonstrated how it makes a different in cleaning my carpet. I have already recommended Zerorez to my neighbor. I hope Damon is my technician the next time I call Zerorez.
