Our technician, Roderick, was terrific! He was extremely professional and diligent to clean my carpets as best he could. He tried to upsell his services, yet he did so professionally without pressure. He was so very polite and went to great measure to clean stubborn stains. Service rep was on time, courteous and professional. I have been a return customer for many years and will continue to do so...even though I wasn't 100% satisfied on my last service, I will continue to use this service in the future. Even though the service rep requested that I inspect his work, I believe it's tough to see if the work is satisfactory before the carpet has dried...I noticed a significant-sized spot after the carpet had dried.
