At least in our case, the technician was super good about keeping us informed about the progress or lack thereof for whatever reason. He showed us some of the dirt the machine picked up and kindly left some of the treated water they use so we could spray it on spots where the dog decided to leave a gift. I also love the design they leave on carpeting.

You are very responsive to customer needs and communication is superb! I was literally walked through every step on what could be cleaned and what could possibly be leftover from my coffee stains. The rug looked good as new when I got it back, but at least they were honest and did a great job about the stain!

Jason was the guy who always picks up/delivers my rug and he was very patient with me, even when I was late. He and his associate assessed the rug and made sure they handled with care.

There is no detergent and it smells clean although I had to wait several days for a portion of the carpet to dry and I knew that because it was treated well. I am still using the bottle of stuff the guy left me and will need a refill soon. There are several spots that came back. I am going to work on some of them today. I hope I don’t have to have the tech come back out but I know you guarantee your work so let me see how today goes.

My technician, Rodrick was very professional and provided prompt service. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and was honest about the stain removal. I had the family room, bedroom, hallway, and stairs done and I am very pleased with the outcome of my carpets. I highly recommend using Zerorez

The service technician was professional and he worked fast. I had 3 bedroom Berber carpets cleaned and they look new again. Two of my bedroom carpets are 20 years old but they are in excellent condition; they just needed a good cleaning. I will use their service again!
