The carpets were done wonderfully and the customer service was great. However, the first cleaner that came had to get 2 different vans because they were broken. Then she sprayed our sectional with the enzyme cleaner and it turned the couch brown. The cleaner sat on the couch all day until the 2nd cleaner, Jerit came out. Jerit actually did our carpets upstairs and it was fantastic. He also pulled the enzyme cleaner out of the couch because the company told him too. The couch is still brown and we are still waiting for the customer service manager to call us about replacing our couch. We did also notice the corners of our walls are damaged because the first cleaner did not use the wall guards. Jerit tried to get the blue off but the wall is damaged and the paint is missing. Overall, the carpet was done great and Jerit was fantastic, but we now need a new couch and wall repair.

The "B-water" works on pet stains. We've been using it for probably 10 yrs now, I think? (Or however long Zerorez has been in business!) And with no worries about a lot of chemicals on the carpet.

Great employees. They work hard for the company. I would be proud to have them on my team. They care about their work. I’ve had three different guys come into our home. They do a professional job at selling up- no pressure, just great suggestions, even though I don’t always take advantage. They are equipped with solutions to get a carpet clean when the normal process doesn’t work. No more Stanley in my house!
