My home feels so clean after your cleaning! I love to walk barefoot on the carpet after Zerorez has cleaned it! It smells a nd feels so good! I know it's clean when y'all do it!! The Service-Emmanuel is informative and such a Great personality. He's the best!
I like the lack of residue.
1. Very responsive. I called a bunch of cleaning businesses and Zerorez responded right away and was able to schedule our cleaning for the next day.
2. Timely. I was told the tech would be here from 10-1pm. On the day of I received an email at 9am telling me they would be here in 30-40 minutes. They arrived precisely around then 9.40ish and did everything in about an hour without seeming rushed nor half doing the job.
3. Terrance was professional. We felt safe having him in our home. As we were told, he wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers while inside the house.
The young gentleman, Roderick, who came to clean our carpets was early (great!!). He worked quickly and did a thorough job. He understood the product well - all our questions were answered. From start to finish it was a professional service. Thank you Roderick, and thank you Zerorez!
