We love how the carpets looked when he was finished. Did a great job with some set in spots but also set realistic expectations. We did feel a little “up sold” into several additional services that were recommended but overall very happy with the outcome and the technician was professional, friendly and safe.

Representative was very courteous and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets.
The empowered water left my carpet very clean and fresh smelling. Samuel Powell and his helper were very professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. They followed safety protocol related to COVID and used shoe covers to avoid tracking in debris. I was invited to check the cleaning prior to completion to show that the carpet was actually being cleaned and to check when the job was completed. I was very satisfied with the service.
