Great cleaning method without chemicals. Leaves my carpet looking like new! Reasonable prices. The techs are friendly and professional. The pet enzyme treatment really works to remove stains and odors. Roger did a great job, and was helpful in making me aware of special offers that were available at the time.

My carpets and a chair were cleaned expertly by Steve. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job. He was sure to warn me about slipping between wet carpet and tile etc. and explained every phase of the project. A very pleasant person. You have a valuable employee.

I've always been very pleased. Thank you. One quick question, a little bit of the solution spray got on one wall in the basement bathroom. Do you have any suggestions on removing these spots without having to repaint the entire wall. Please advise. Thank you.
