The technician was wonderful who came to the house. He knew his products backwards and forwards and was able to provide me exactly what I needed for my carpets. The carpets are very clean. I will use you guys again!
I was unhappy with the cleaning on the first visit - they left carpets very wet and appeared dirtier than when they got here. The tech also scuffed my newly painted wall with the hose - I called and spoke with management and they gave an allowance to have the wall repainted, and came back (another tech) to give the cleaning a second try. We were very pleased with the second cleaning --- thank you!
