I was able to get an appointment scheduled fairly quickly. The technician who came was on time, very nice and polite. He explained the entire procedure to me and just how long it would take him to complete the job. Overall using ZeroRes was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

I like Zerorez because I like knowing there aren’t a bunch of chemicals being used to clean my carpet and upholstery. I also can’t believe how clean everything is! It’s like my carpet is new and my chairs have gotten
a second life! The technician was patient and very helpful.
