I was not really sure what to expect. I have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past. However, your guy did a great job. Not only did he show me stains that I didn't even know about, he explained his stain removal approach, the use of some other cleaner to eliminate smell, and then what I could expect when he was done. And when he was done...WOW!. The carpet looked, and smelled, really good. He was also able to remove stains from the carpet that a different company could not remove. Your representative did a fantastic job. I am very impressed and pleased with the outcome. You guys are now my GO TO in the future.

After cleaning, while the carpet was still damp, I was thrilled with the results, however, after the carpet completely dried, two days later, I notice that spots have reappeared, somewhat dimmer, but very apparent.

1.) Were very professional
2.) Tried several attempts to clean my stains
3.) Did not take long in cleaning/steaming rooms
4.) Consistently kept mask on
