We decided to have our ducts cleaned after 7 years in our home. Ryan and Logan showed up on time (actually a little ahead of time). They listened to our situation (excess dust) and went right to work. They took a ton of pictures of the return air ducts, blower fan condenser coils and supply ducts. Their conclusion: my ducts weren't dirty enough to require cleaning. They could easily have made a case to do the work but they didn't, very impressive. They did clean our dryer duct, showing us before and after photos. Hats off to a great company and the outstanding team of Ryan and Logan.
