The technician (Quintavious) that serviced my home represented Zerorez in a great way. He was early, professional and courteous. He advised me on what he was applying to my carpet and reassured me the chemicals would not be harsh. He assisted with moving furniture to clean the carpet and assisted with putting the furniture back as he was done.
