Jason, the technician who came out to my house. He was the best representative for the company and why I had such a positive experience. He told me he’s been in the business 9 yrs and he’d do his best to work with the cleaner to get my dark stain out.
He called me 15 min prior to each delivery, he’s really personable and makes you feel instantly comfortable and comforted - that he’s in your corner.

The rug came back and the stain was much improved! I had low expectations and was happily surprised!

Lastly. The phone operator needs to be better trained. I asked her if I should keep the stain wet/moist until the carpet got picked up 2 days later. She told me no. However, Jason thought that it might’ve been best to keep the stain “wet”. She was very nice, but having the correct information from the onset would’ve been ideal.

I was quite impressed with the tech, Bill. He took pride in his work, and was pleasant and respectful.

Please do not force feed pet enzyme. Please understand where your customer is and what the needs are and the future of the carpet. If I had not been a long standing customer, this visit would have cost me 3 times as much. Then I understand the technicians receive a commission of products sold without disclosure, disappointing to say the least. I will continue to use Zerorez for the quality. I had gifted this visit and was embarrassed!
