Technician( Randolph Joseph) arrived on time and was extremely professional. As a new customer to Zerorez I had a multitude of questions all of which Randolph answered to my complete satisfaction to include showing me the equipment and materials he would be using
to clean the carpets in a second level condo.

The cleaning was completed thoroughly and quickly leaving the carpet "like new". When the resident moved in that afternoon they asked if the carpet was new.

No unpleasant smell or residue. Excellent customer service. Was disappointed that the large coffee stain that I spilled on the rug—the coffee had molasses in it as well—did not come up completely, but technician gave me some recommendations to address the remaining stain. David did an EXCELLENt job; he was thorough, engaging, professional, and punctual. He is an asset to your company!
