We just moved to Georgia and purchased a beautiful home. While the house was move in ready and absolutely clean,we wanted to start with the carpet cleaned by us. Before we left our previous home we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and were very happy. Our daughter set up our appointment months before we moved and everything went smoothly. Zerorez confirmed our appointment, texted with a time they would arrive and were right on time. Our carpets were cleaned beautifully and our technician was professional, friendly and thorough. No pressure on upselling and was very open to our questions, answering each and everyone with patience. That is much appreciated when dealing with a cross country move. Our carpets look great! Zerorez had great communication from the time that I scheduled my appointment, until the time my job was finished. Technician was VERY PROFESSIONAL and he explained everything in detail. He sent me photos as he started my job, until he finished it. Answered all questions asked by me and my husband. I’m sorry I don’t remember the young man’s by name… he’s very customer oriented. He is a great employee to have as one of your team members and to
represent your company.

The only issue I had this time, was that before I even gave my card number to the young man, he offered me a page asking if I wanted to include a tip. Never has this happened before, and I was a little embarrassed to have him right there while w decided. I tipped him, but I’m not sure that a tip is required and it sort of annoyed me to be asked.
