We had John as our tech, his customer service was absolutely awesome! Personable, nice, listened to all of our concerns and answered all the questions we had. Did a wonderful job on the two rooms we had done! Would definitely go back to Oxi Fresh and ask for him.
Friendly knowledgeable employee
I had Oxi of Maricopa out to give me a bid on cleaning my tile/grout and a couple rooms of carpet cleaning. Although I did not have the tile/grout part done at this time I did have the carpets cleaned. I couldn't be happier with the job. The tech, Rich, kept in touch with me about his ETA. Once here he walked through the areas to be cleaned and discussed any concerns I had and explained the Oxy process to me. Carpets looked amazing and even felt fluffier under my feet. Will be using them again and have already recommended them .

It’s an amazing feeling of calmness and Tranquility.
My carpet had some not so great soiled looking spots done by heavy walking traffic and some done by my lovely furry friends. Oxi Fresh did an amazing job taking care of the carpet. I’ve learned that Oxi Fresh only uses Organic cleaning products, this gives me peace of mind thinking about family and my furry friends. Not to mention that Oxi fresh arrived early on the scheduled day after they called in to make sure it was ok. Oxi fresh has very friendly and caring people who provide an excellent service.
