My technician was prompt, very personable, reliable, listened first to any specific concerns that I needed him to address. When he was finished he asked me to look over everything he had done to make sure I was satisfied which I was. He said if, in the next few days, any of the stains reappeared, I should call and he would come back and treat them again. Also another very important feature I like about OxiFresh is the products they use. They dry very quickly! I’ve used their services for many years and I highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors! They will always be my “ go to” carpet & upholstery cleaners! Keep up the good work OxiFreas!
