The techs are very knowledgeable, eager to answer any questions and ready to meet all our needs. They are very prompt with the time of their arrival and greet us with a smile. The products they use dry very quickly so we are never faced with long hours of waiting to put everything back in the rooms that were cleaned. Our carpets always look like new when they’re finished. They stand behind their service and tell us, if the spots that were removed should come back, they said they would come back and do a re-clean at no charge! That did happen once and they were back the same week as promised, and did the re-clean! Another important thing we like is that your prices are very reasonable! Kudos! You’re the only company we will do business with!
