It was a night and day different from a previous local company we used. With the other company it took a few hours to dry and the carpet was very crunch. With Oxifresh, it looked spanking new! It took a 3rd of the time to dry and they did a lot more for a lot less. Customer service was great, very friendly and very happy with my results. Highly recommend.

I liked the professionalism of Rich and his humorous personality. He explained the entire process and what to expect. I was happy that we were able to put all the furniture back in less than 2 hours. No having to wait all day, like other carpet cleaners, was fantastic! My carpet looks great and it completed quickly.

The owners and field person who actually did the work as well were wonderful to deal with. My tile Hadn't been cleaned in 20 years. You might imagine the dirt in the grout. They were able to get that out to a much much lighter grout color. They worked extremely hard to do so and are even going over it a second time now.

This was our third time using OxiFresh, and we are happy repeat customers. Our specialist (Rich) first walked through each room to discuss any concerns we had beyond normal cleaning. He completed our home in the expected time and discussed our carpet's overall condition and any issues he noticed while cleaning. It was a very professional experience from start to finish.
Richard was right on time and did a great job explaining the Oxiclean process compared to traditional steam carpet cleaning techniques. I was skeptical initially. He did a great job and in the end we were extremely satisfied, and we will use them again!

The tech was very diligent in getting the trouble spots clean.
The carpets and chairs were cleaned well and we would use OXI again.
Two recommendation for future clients-
1. the person cleaning should have a lot of towels to use because the process generates a lot of water on the floor. It is wet and wood floors could be damaged.
2. To set the expectations, OXI should provide a better estimate of the time it takes to complete the job. It is a long process - multiple hours.
