Although not extremely dirty, the product removed dirt and stains, made the carpet look new. I especially like the fact that it dried quickly, didn't leave the carpet saturated with water, and took days to dry. Very happy with the result.

We liked the great customer service and the Oxi Fresh products used to clean the carpet. But the amazing results was the clean carpet (4 rms, Hallwy and 17 stair steps) dried within 2 hours. Jade did a great job.
