They take pride in their work and they always tell me that if in the next few days after their visit, the stains return they tell me to give them a call and they’ll come back and re- clean it. Kai was darling!!! I wish I had the extra funds to tip him more. The mattress turned out great, which was a priority. The carpet is still a little dark in spots but may need extra attention next time. The polite nature of Kai was such a great experience. He has great communication skills & asked multiple times if I was satisfied with the work. Perhaps, I didn’t see some of the problem areas on the carpet remaining until it dried. That’s okay, next time! Overall, happy to have it fresh before the holidays. Thanks for making that happen!!
