Kai was darling!!! I wish I had the extra funds to tip him more. The mattress turned out great, which was a priority. The carpet is still a little dark in spots but may need extra attention next time. The polite nature of Kai was such a great experience. He has great communication skills & asked multiple times if I was satisfied with the work. Perhaps, I didn’t see some of the problem areas on the carpet remaining until it dried. That’s okay, next time! Overall, happy to have it fresh before the holidays. Thanks for making that happen!!

Although not extremely dirty, the product removed dirt and stains, made the carpet look new. I especially like the fact that it dried quickly, didn't leave the carpet saturated with water, and took days to dry. Very happy with the result.
