I really enjoyed the whole experience there. The customer service and competence of the staff far exceeds that of the Palladium where the management and staff are horrible and aloof. Only small issue is that the waiter for the row in front of us would stand at full attention right in front of us during the movie when he was waiting on people. Wish he would have crouched down or something and he talked at full volume outside of that everything was awesome. Making the extra drive to go here over Palladium.

The new facilities are very clean. I really like that the company donates so much to the city. The loyalty program is awesome. We showed up to a movie late and apparently the theater “was not up to Santikos standards” (whatever that means, it was super clean)... a manager came in and gave everyone a free drink and popcorn. This was above and beyond what I would’ve expected from AMC or Cinemark.
Unfortunately I’ll be moving back to Houston, not close to any santikos theaters. My wife and I have already spoken about how much of a bummer that is.
When are you guys gonna open up a new theater in the Woodlands?!
