I made a mistake when booking tickets in advance and the guest services person (emaly?) was very helpful in refunding the second set of tickets I had bought and swapping my initial tickets to today.

I have a problem hearing and used a set of your headphones today and was disappointed. Twice now I have tried to use them at the Casa Blanca theater and they have not worked correctly. Today, the sound was out of sync with the screen sound and kept cutting in and out. I gave up trying to use them. I know that with a hearing issue I am not necessarily in the demographic that you focus on but I think if you are going to offer a service, then you should try and do your best to make that service as good as you can. Other than the headphones are there other options available for the hearing impaired?
