The new facilities are very clean. I really like that the company donates so much to the city. The loyalty program is awesome. We showed up to a movie late and apparently the theater “was not up to Santikos standards” (whatever that means, it was super clean)... a manager came in and gave everyone a free drink and popcorn. This was above and beyond what I would’ve expected from AMC or Cinemark.

Unfortunately I’ll be moving back to Houston, not close to any santikos theaters. My wife and I have already spoken about how much of a bummer that is.

When are you guys gonna open up a new theater in the Woodlands?!

I love the ease of buying tickets, whether it’s online or on site. The theaters are so comfortable and just make the movie going experience one that I want to repeat!

EVERYTHING!!!! We love the seats. The gelato is amazing & the refreshments are always so fresh. We also love the sound & huge screens. Staff is AMAZING as well. Will continue going back over & over.
