I love to buy hot food to take into the theater. I always try to catch the movies shown in the auditoriums with reclining seats, as this is so close to watching a movie at home. I love this feature!
The screens are big, the sound and visuals are excellent, and the staff has been trained to be people friendly. I appreciate all of these things.
What would I prefer were different? There is only one restroom. While it us large and well cared for, older folks would do better if they didn't have to walk so far.
Also, it would be so awesome to be able to buy a milkshake with my food.

I love this theater. the food in the express cafe is yummy. The seats are comfortable. The theater is clean, welcoming, and has something for everyone.

My son and I went last weekend and from the arcade bowling food and not to mention the movie “justice league” was all just a well rounded experience and loved every second of being there!

Though I have visited this theater many times over the last few years, this is the first time I have been truly disappointed in my experience. I used to be a loyal customer of Alamo Drafthouse, but after several awesome experiences at Casa Blanca I have exclusively visited Santikos. After tonight’s experience that might change.
I took my wife to Bad Moms at 8:35 in theater 14 today. The surround sound was not on or was not functioning correctly. The sound was quiet, but more importantly only the front speakers were on so we missed the majority of the channels the entire movie. This meant the music was almost non existent and all sound effects were out of balance.
The servers were down the hall at there server station talking the whole movie. They would loud, but it was only exaggerated by the malfunctioning audio in the theater.
I’m mostly disappointed because I switched to Casa Blaca because of my great experiences, and this was a sobering experience. I’m really surprised the audio wasn’t corrected and the staff continued loudly talking even after a patron went down and asked them to be more quiet.
Though I missed parts of the audio of the film, I can vividly remember the romantic encounters the staff member hoped to have with her date.
