Always enjoy going to casa blanca
We accidentally bought tickets for the wrong location, and when we arrived and realized our mistake, we were too late to make it to the other location. The manager gave us tickets to the same film, but at our mistaken location free of charge. Great service! We'll be back!

Theaters are accommodating but it would be nice to have some of the larger theaters (like theater #4 or #5) offer an option to deliver food to your seat.

The employees are always super helpful. Just today I had a request an employee probably wouldn’t get often, but wasn’t out of the ordinary. I asked if guest services could hold a ticket for a friend of mine that was running a bit late, and they did just that. It’s not an over the top gesture, but it made my experience that much sweeter to go along with an awesome movie (Star Wars: The Last Jedi).

I love the cleanliness and the comfortable seats. They don't even have to be recliner seats, they are all comfortable.
This is our theater! It is very close to where we live. We love all of the Santikos locations, but Casa Blanca is by far the most convenient for us and it is always a great experience, from the concessions, the bar, to just showing our ticket to get in the theater. Everyone is very welcoming, and very thankful once the show is over and we are leaving. Keep up the great work, not just at this location, but all of them.
And great job with the renovations with Mayan Palace and the Palladium. 2 thumbs up!
