Promptness of cashier at ticket purchase
Friendliness. They never ever used to ask if we were rewards members, I always had to tell them. Now they do, which makes it quicker for the information to be taken.

The young ladies working the concession stand are always very friendly, polite and accomodatiing when one asks for fresh popcorn. Everything is always clean and spotless.
