The employees are always super helpful. Just today I had a request an employee probably wouldn’t get often, but wasn’t out of the ordinary. I asked if guest services could hold a ticket for a friend of mine that was running a bit late, and they did just that. It’s not an over the top gesture, but it made my experience that much sweeter to go along with an awesome movie (Star Wars: The Last Jedi).

This theater is amazing and the people working here make it better. Chris (food area) helped my girls and I during our last visit with our order. He went above and beyond to ensure we had our order and made me us his top priority. Best visit of the 50 or so we've had to date.

I typically will see a movie just about every weekend for the past 15 years, and the past 8 or so years that has been at a Santikos theater. First the palladium, then the silverado, and now the new casa Blanca near my house. I have always had a great experience at Santikos theaters, and casa Blanca has even stepped my high opinion of Santikos. The seats are very comfortable, whether they're the recliners or not, and the theaters were obviously designed to not pack in as many seats as possible like an airplane and instead focus on a more luxury feeling to the guests. Whether you are in a recliner theater or not, the seats have an abundance of room, and walking room down the isle where you aren't trying to cram yourself into the already small chairs to let people walk by that happens at just about all other theaters i've been to in the past. I imagine normally this would have thought to be a profit loss as there are less seats sold, but i am glad to see that the customer experience was obviously chosen over a little more money, and will gladly continue to visit Santikos theaters on a regular basis. IT is also without a doubt the cleanest theaters vie been to, which are staffed very well with people constantly walking around cleaning up. I regularly see at the Casa Blanca the managers waling by and bending over to pic up pieces of trash as they go from one area to another. I really can't have a more positive view of the casa Blanca and Santikos in general, as my standards have been continually been exceeded over the years by Santikos.

I love going to santikos casa Blanca I get really great service and also the GM Morris is very nice and was very helpful when I had a situation come up during yesterday’s showing of Star Wars double feature. He’s a great guy and will definitely keep going to that theatre.

Santikos always has nice well kept movie theaters which is a plus for me. Clean and great customer service. Even if the movie itself turns out to be a disappointment, it is always a great experience watching the movie at Santikos. Thank you!

I was rushing alone with two young boys. We were running late and the boys had light sabers with them. After I through an unnecessary fit the manager came right out to calm me down and even got us popcorn and drinks. In all the commotion I gave him wrong ticket stubs but he still managed to get us seated. I later went to apologize to him and the young lady at the front who had to endure my tantrum. Thank you to your awesome staff for not letting my behavior affect them and for calming me down. It’s employess like them that keep customers coming back.
