As far as I am concerned, the staff&facilities could not be nicer. I have been wheelchair bound since 1967, and the quality of UMLY makes a large, positive improvement in my octogenarian life.

I should add that the children here are always friendly. They & their parents almost always smile&say hello, The entire UMLY environment does much to help make my life better. And at 81 I am getting steadily stronger & fitter almost daily.

This is a great place for families. I am impressed with the staff, the work out classes and the number of different options available. My (4) loves the pool and play areas. So glad we joined here

great group ex teachers, great selection of group ex classes, at least one pool is usually open for lap swim, if your planned activity does not happen to be available, you can always go upstairs and do some weights!

Friendly staff, clean facilities, reasonable cost

I like the variety of classes and the instructors are great! Facilities are clean and equipment is maintained well. The app is super helpful for planning and scheduling/making reservations.

Bill is the instructor for my daughters stage 4 swim and he’s fantastic! He’s patient, clear in his instructions and does a great job connecting with kids.

The swim lessons are very good and the instructors are kind and committed to the students and education and safety. The online scheduling is a total head ache though; there has to be an easier way.

Everything except how difficult it is to schedule a session. Your online portal is terrible for scheduling.

Instructor is knowledgeable and has great control of the class. He developed a rapport with my kid, who is usually shy and timid. It was great.

Teachers, Variety, and price

we're having a good experience with the swimming classes. The swimming instructor is friendly and I see my kid improving at every lesson.

We really like our toddler's swim instructor (Nikki). She has been so patient working with our child and is very communicative about progress and what we can do to support her outside of class.
