I pretty much enjoy the fitness program it has updated equipments not so crowded everyone is professional and respectful. I enjoy the kids activities especially kids watch the kids love the play area. And the perks of my membership. I wish they had golf training for younger kids my child would have loved that, but they do have other fun activities.

I only use the exercise equipment. I would recommend to my senior friends

Instructors

I mainly use the pools and the gym. The environment, human & otherwise, is great.

I have been wheelchair bound for almost 60 years; and the staff & fellow and sisters working out are always very pleasant, suitably helpful and much appreciated.

PS: the kids alone here are all great. I wish I cld have videoed some of my many endearing contacts with the kids.

Nate and Bruce were so helpful and really made our transition to UMLY swim team a great experience.

I only take exercise classes but I’m there every day. Instructors are competent & professional, classes begin & end on time and & instructors offer modifications if needed.

The Y coaches are exceedingly positive, dedicated, and friendly. Three coaches on Saturday got beyond soaked at my son's flag football game trying to make sure the game went on as scheduled. Also, the coaches routinely stay late at practices to keep practicing with our kids. As a parent, I'm very appreciative!

SUGGESTION: Please consider purchasing several pop-up tents to keep the coaches and kids on the sidelines drier and so they don't have to stand in the rain for hours at a time. These tents are not that expensive and would improve the quality of life of your employees and the kids.

It would be good if there were more kids signed up and we didn't have to travel between branches. Coatesville is a hike from UMLY.

I love the Silver Sneakers classes - they are the only activities in which I participate. They absolutely do the job and the choices are great! However, the classes are very crowded and sometimes are filled as soon as sign-up begins. This is a real minus for me.

I love this gym. Perhaps more yoga offerings in evenings or hot yoga. My one recommendation is that if you close for staff meetings please email or text us as some of us commute quite a distance. Thanks for your understanding.
