I enjoy several of the classes at the Y. My grandchildren have participated in some of the children’s activities and had a good time.
Love that it has it all. Gym, tennis, PB, pool. The warm arthritis pool is the only pool I can use cause I need the warm water for my arthritis.
I like the 360 online classes, often I can’t get to the facility so this is a good backup option. Love the new adult streaming art classes that they added. I also like the tennis/ Pickleball courts.
Love the exercise machines in the gym, particularly the rowing machine and arm bicycle, which I need to do for my PT.
Fun and varied
I enjoy the group exercise. I wish someone would teach the Core class during the morning, now that Amy Morris isn't available.
One other request: I think it would be great if the Y could get one or two Power Plates for use in the gym. (It's a vibrating platform that is proven to improve bone strength, among other benefits.) Life Time fitness has them. I would love to use one at the Y.

I love my deep water swim class with Devon Happerset Heppe. The class is vital to my health and recovery from 100% atrophy resulting from a brain aneurysm.
My aches and pains from Scoliosis is also gone after 25 years. I can’t say enough about the class.
I also play pickle ball and love the physical and social experience, it makes me feel young!!!!
I LOVE your Silver Sneakers classes! I look forward to them every M-W-F. They have been very helpful in toning up, and have made many friends there.
I really enjoy the Silver Sneakers program activities. I make sure they are on my schedule. The instructors are excellent and motivational. I also appreciate the money Book Club I’ve made friends and enjoy meeting new people Keep up the great environment
Friendly staff and lifeguards. I swim, and use the hot tub - one of the best! I would greatly appreciate having earlier hours in the family pool room, which houses the hot tub and warmer pool. I have been a member for a long time, and know there were always people - often senior citizens - who regularly used that pool for laps in the early morning. How about opening the room at 8:00? Or 7:30?
I appreciate the lifeguard staff especially Will and Bill.
They go out if their way and go the distance to making my experience there better.

We love the UMLY Swim Team Program ( e.g. Swimmers, Coaches & Swim Families)! We love the fact that the Swim Team offers so many opportunities for swimmers to enjoy the swim journey at YMCA level as well as at the USA Swimming level! Amazing group of coaches & wonderful group of swimmers!
We love Tennis Coach Kyle & Coach Bryan! The 1 on 1 & semi privates with both coaches are worth every sec! Both coach Kyle & coach Bryan are Fantastic!
We love the 3rd floor work out area!
The front desk associates are all very kind and always has smiles!
The parking lot is huge!

The facilities and programs are world class. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Pickle ball programs. And classes. Body pump. Pilates. Barre and circuit. Track good for indoor walking.
This summer, the lap swimming schedule is great. When 50 m opens, B pool is also open to 10:30 AM, so swimmer has choice. This also makes both pools not so crowded. I hope this trend will continue for the following years.
After 50 m closes, pool B is usually very crowded. I hope Y will consider opening pool C in the morning till 10:30 AM. This would make lap swimming much easier and pleasant.
I've been attending Spin and Yoga. The instructors have been great. They are friendly and helpful.
Good gym equipment. I can go when not crowded.
I attend group exercise about 5 days a week. Great classes, instructors and a really nice group of Participants.

I enjoy the genuine and cheerful nature of yoga and tennis staff. Kyle is fantastic with kids and adult tennis. Amy Morris and Jane Callem are superb instructors! Seeing Nathan, Sally and Paula at the check in desk makes my day!

Silver sneakers classes are exceptionally good; the instructors are prepared and know how to program for older people. They keep classes going at a rate that makes time pass quickly; they assess the well being of participants thinking about temp, weather, and room conditions. Music too is planned to be in sync with exercise.
This is serious work by instructors but also an enjoyable time for participants.
We are gifted with the best— maybe a Tina gets statue? Barbara in a dance move nearby?
