I love the therapy lap pool and the friendly responsive staff

I don’t participate in many programs. I am a swimmer. Love that we have outdoor pools available. Am also a tennis player. I am happy that upgrades (curtains and lighting) are happening on indoor courts.

Great selection of programs - staff always helpful!

I love the HIIT Aqua Class on Sundays taught by Janice Sloan, but even though I have complained that I never receive a request to evaluate her as I do with Rena Coyle, it never happens. So as this my only chance to do that, let me say that Janice co ducts a terrific class: high energy exercise, high motivation, great music and fun!!!

We had a wonderful time on Sunday at the outdoor pool. I went with 2 of my daughters, we found good lounge chairs, lots of space, water was clean & crisp!

Excellent customer support

I only use the gym. My membership is covered by my insurance. I feel better that I am exercising and staying active.

Instructors are great.
I wish there were more classes that are good for “seniors” who are still pretty strong.
Your Silver Sneakers” classes are not challenging enough for me, but many of the other classes are difficult/ is there an in between?

Like the tennis drills and most of all Kyle Colliluori as the pro.

We are very happy Kyle was promoted to Head Pro.

Kyle is the best tennis pro the Y has had in the past 13 years. His drills are fun and energetic and he provides meaningful feedback and instruction.

Group activities are great and there's a good variety. I love the kids programs and special events.

Best pickleball courts!

Just curious why was pickle ball allowed to resume play after the Canada smoke dissipated and the 50m pool opening was delayed for hours.

The Y has a wide variety of programs and classes. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.

Swimming lessons well paced and lots of offerings; Ms Nikki is an all-star!!! Our son actually loves and looks forward to swim class now (where before he feared them!)

I joined for the gym. The equipment is in working order and the place is generally clean. When a piece of equipment is reported broken, it's usually fixed ASAP. I have no complaints about UMLY.

Outdoor pools

Facilities are beautiful.
There are a lot of really unique options - for swimming, outdoor racquet, etc.
And staff is super friendly.

The Y has a wonderful variety of programs available. Great pools great workout room, tennis courts, pickle ball, courts, daycare. Nature programs, etc. etc..

I really like the Silver Sneakers, the Silver Combo virtual ( I participate on site at the Y) and the Lite Strength Barb and Tina are awesome I’ve recommended them highly to others
