Fitness center is always very clean , enjoy using it very much however I do miss the prone glute machine which was removed. It was much easier to use than the new one

Programs are available for all age levels. I have been impressed with how many older adults (both male and female) get up year round to enjoy our deep water aerobics classes.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball at UMLY. The head of racquet sports and his staff has been very accommodating to our senior tennis players.
