We like the ability to participate in group classes, as well as being able to exercise independently on the equipment and swimming. We love seeing the diversity of the members, as well as the abundance of people taking good care of themselves by participation in the varied options available at the Y.

Like everything. Best Y I've ever been to.
What's not to like? Four olympic-size swimming pools, at least a half-acre of indoor exercise machines, maybe eight tennis courts, indoor basketball court......................
And the place is relatively cheap, at least for a senile-citizen like me.
