The most appealing for me is the discount for Seniors and of course, once a member,
the discount for programs.

One point you should consider -- you should offer the same discounts for neurologically challenged as established by Social Security Disability System [and their salary - usually no more than 24K annually] that you off seniors OR, place it in a class by itself.

Advertising this should bring in many more donations that you currently receive by those who can afford it.

I like the variety of programs that tend to the health of the body through proper exercise of the
entire body.

My grandchildren loved Gwen the swim instructor for stage3. I found her very patient and congenial with the kids.

I have come a long way working with Bella Draper on conditioning. She is focused and very inspirational.

The layout of the machines in the exercise room is well thought out. I especially enjoy the number of large screen TVs available for viewing as well as the TV listings available at most of the machines.
