I feel like you offer a wide variety of classes. Something for everyone. The pool is great! Love the inside pool too. Again , if too cold outside, have option to use indoor pool. Bathrooms inside are clean! Outside bathrooms by family pool are poor. Dirty and electric not working. Total darkness often. Hard when ya have kids. That would be my only concern. Maybe need to be replaced. The rest is great! We love UMLY!!!! Thank you!

I like the variety of programs, and the opportunity to do them, either in a group or as an individual. This includes the fitness center and the wide variety of exercise classes, as well as the swimming opportunities.

We love the Y sports programs. We've done Soccer and Basketball so far and can't wait to try more! The coaches are kind volunteers, that want to make a difference and encourage the kids to do their best. And last but certainly not least, the staff at the Y are something special. They know each child by name and truly care about them. My son has become more confident since he started participating in youth sports and it makes me so happy. We love the Y, because it's like being apart of a family!

I like Body Attack and Grit (although there should not be a charge for Geit because it's free everywhere else).

The facilities are great. We enjoy the fitness, swim and tennis programs.

My child had fun and would come back next year if we weren’t moving. YMCA staff is great and so a wonderful job with the kids.

Less crowded lanes would help.
The other problem has been the cleaning of the men’s locker rooms in Lionville. Why do you always (almost 10+ yrs) have them done in the middle of the day 1:30 2nd floor & 2:00 1st. It makes it impossible to get a work out in
During that time frame. Why not clean
At night or at least clean them 1 1/2 hrs apart. Life guards are very unfriendly at Lionville

I like your pools, child care program (drop off for 3 hours and leave and parents night out are great options to have with 3 kids). I am excited to sign my kids up for swim lessons.

pool A is lovely, showers great and clean...all people very nice and helpful..

I think that the physical facilities are generally excellent. Although the primary indoor lap pool (B pool) is somewhat dated (e.g., compare it to the lap pool at the West Chester Y), the 50-meter pool is outstanding from May - September.
The cardio/wellness center facilities are very good, although equipment repairs are sometimes slow to occur (e.g., look at the current condition of the exercise mats).
All of the above facilities can become overly crowded during the more popular times, as the membership has obviously grown substantially over the past 5-10 years.
There seem to be lots of activities and programs for the children, but I am a senior with no children or grandchildren in the area, so I have no actual experience with those programs.

I love the exercise classes at UMLY - in particular, Barre None, Cardio Dance and the Senior Cardio classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, giving direction and guidance with a smile.

Great facilities, very nice staff and members.

We've used the kids pool, the youth sports programs, fitness classes and summer camp. All have been great!
