When I called to inquire about their Ductwork cleaning services, Shania was very easy to talk to and she walked me through the process, gave me a price to do our home based on square footage and a couple of other things. On the day of service Cortez and Audry showed up as scheduled. They were polite and told us everything to expect. As they started working they explained what they were doing and why. They provided before & after photos and explained how the service would make our system perform at its peak capabilities and save us money in the future. This is the second time we've used ZEROREZ at our church. This time it was for a very neglected couple of long, wide hallways. Dominic the technician and his helper were very nice, efficient and communicative. They did a great job! They got all the spots up and the carpet looks great. It also smells good. The price was very good too! We are very happy with our choice to use them and will be using them again.
