Duct cleaning: they restored everything to as found and got every duct and vent, even the ones I forgot to point out.
Overall: liked the level of communication. One reminder email, and the phone call when they were on the way.
Also, for the add ons: the protectant for the Furniture, and the extra vents for the duct cleaning, they applied the discount rate that I had booked with.

Expert service from the carpet cleaning tech
The technician arrived on time, explained the process of carpet cleaning and answered all my questions. He got right to work and finished the job in less than 2 hours. The carpets were somewhat damp in the evening, but dry by morning. The finished product is very satisfactory. I will use them again.
